Sealcoating is applying a protective liquid coating to asphalt pavement, this is normally on driveways, parking lots, and roads. Sealcoating helps prevent asphalt from getting dried, cracked, and damaged from weather. The sealer also protects your asphalt from any oil spills or chemicals that get put on your driveway. Not only does sealcoating protect the asphalt, it also makes it look new again. Typically you should have your driveway sealed every 2-3 years to keep it looking new. Once the asphalt is coated, it must sit for 24-48 hours before it's fully cured.
